Hot rolled plates, also known as hot-rolled steel plates and strips, commonly referred to as hot plates, are usually written as rolled plates, such as hot-rolled plates, but both refer to the same type of hot-rolled plate. Refers to steel plates with a width greater than or equal to 600mm and a thickness of 0.35-200mm, as well as steel strips with a thickness of 1.2-25mm.
Size specifications
The size of the steel plate shall comply with the provisions of the table "Dimensional Specifications for Hot Rolled Steel Plates (excerpted from GB/T709-1988)".
The size of the steel strip shall comply with the provisions of the table "Dimensional Specifications for Hot Rolled Steel Strip (excerpted from GB/T709-1988)".
The width of the steel plate can also be any size that is 50mm or a multiple of 10mm.
Any size of steel plate with a length of 100mm or a multiple of 50mm, but the minimum length of steel plate with a width less than or equal to 4mm shall not be less than 1.2m, and the minimum length of steel plate with a thickness greater than 4mm shall not be less than 2m.
According to the requirements, steel plates with a thickness less than 30mm can have a thickness interval of 0.5mm.
According to the requirements, other sizes of steel plates and strips can be supplied through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
