Product Details
High-precision cutting for metal materials. Laser cutting is a modern processing technology that employs high-power-density laser beams for precise material cutting. The focused laser beam instantly melts or vaporizes the material to achieve cutting. The system comprises a control system, motion system, and optical system. This technology is suitable for high-precision cutting of metal materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum plates) and non-metallic materials, achieving cutting accuracy up to ±0.05mm, surface roughness in the tens of micrometers, minimal heat-affected zones, and low workpiece deformation.
The equipment adopts a mother machine-style design, equipped with a fiber laser and a tracking autofocus system, supporting servo ball screw transmission. Technical specifications include 0.05mm positioning accuracy, with control software compatible with PLT, DXF, and other graphic formats. Depending on material properties, users can select vaporization cutting (ultra-thin metals/non-metals), melting cutting (stainless steel/titanium alloys), or oxygen cutting (carbon steel). This technology finds extensive application in mechanical components, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and other industries.
